Head Start is a federal program for income-eligible children.  In addition to the educational service, Head Start provides health, social services, nutrition, mental wellness, parent involvement and disability services. 

Region 10 Education Service Center in partnership with the local independent school districts serves children and their families.

Both the staff and children represent a variety of cultures and backgrounds, ensuring that children develop familiarity with a range of holidays, customs and family activities.

 Families and staff work together to provide high quality educational and developmental programs that prepare children to succeed in school.  Parents provide leadership to the program through Policy Council.  Parents are valued as participants and as volunteers!
