To the parents/ guardians of Howard students:

Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year! I hope you share my excitement as we look forward to a new school year full of promise and possibilities. Our school purpose is to help students prepare to make their journey to Waxahachie High School/ Global High. Our goal is to facilitate the educational needs of WHS/ Global High class of 2014. The focus will continue to help students take the steps needed in preparation for graduation. It is a high calling, requiring an emphasis on pride in their work.

At Robbie E. Howard, students will have a chance to establish the tradition of success through hard work and a focus on their future. Our staff is a professional learning community that will result in hard work. I encourage all students to become involved in meaningful extra curricular and co-curricular activities this school year while pursuing their individual interests. These activities will serve to enrich their school career and springboard them to their high school career.
